We’re excited to offer custom Te Akau Racing merchandise and keepsakes exclusively for our owners. Celebrate your horse with a unique item - because if it’s a good day trackside, it’s always worth remembering.

Imagine your winning moments immortalised on the back of a stylish jacket or proudly displayed on a cap worn on race day. Our custom service goes beyond simple apparel personalisation - we're committed to crafting pieces that reflect your unique passion for the sport.

To support your enthusiasm for your Te Akau track star, this service incurs a one-off design fee. Each design package is priced at $60 and covers multiple designs/logos for your requested item, ensuring meticulous attention to detail from our graphic designer as we bring your vision to life.

Additional embroidery requests will be quoted separately, depending on the level of customisation involved and charged at cost. You’ll always receive a full quote before purchasing - so there’s no obligation to proceed. Please note that design fees are non-refundable. The current turnaround time for our custom design service is approximately 10 business days.

We can bring almost any idea to life - from a personalised esky to keep your drinks cold on a summer’s day, to puffer jackets, vests, caps, and custom artwork. If you can dream it, we can make it happen.

We’re proud to support Team Tangerine with quality apparel and special keepsakes that let you celebrate your horse both on and off the track.

Please take a moment to read the following information regarding online orders and our purchase policy.


When will I receive my order?

Due to the customised nature of our products, please allow 3–7 days for order fulfilment before shipping. Delivery times then vary by location:

  • NZ (stocked products): 3–5 business days (courier delivery and handling)

  • NZ / International (custom orders): 10–20 business days

  • Australia: 2–14 business days

  • USA: 3–4 business days

  • Europe: 6–8 business days

  • Japan: 4–8 business days

If your order is urgent, please contact us at marketing@teakauracing.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.


Where will my order ship from?

Te Akau partners with a reputable on-demand fulfilment company with facilities worldwide, allowing us to ship products globally.

Not all products are made on demand - some items are held in stock for faster delivery to NZ and Australian customers. Stocked items will be clearly marked in the product description.


Customs and import charges

Additional customs or tax fees may apply for international orders. These are determined by your local customs authority. As policies vary by country, please check with your local customs office for more information.


Order status

If your order hasn’t arrived, please:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for address errors

  • Enquire with your local post office or courier using your tracking number

  • Check with neighbours in case of incorrect delivery

  • Note that NZ orders are sent via overnight courier with full tracking provided

If your address is correct and your parcel is still missing, contact us at marketing@teakauracing.com with your order number so we can assist.


Damaged or incorrect products

We’re sorry if your order arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email marketing@teakauracing.com within one week of receiving your order, including:

  • Photos of the issue

  • Your order number

  • Any relevant details

We’ll review it promptly and make it right.


Returns and refunds

Return policy:
As most items are custom-made, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if there is a quality issue, please contact marketing@teakauracing.com and we’ll do our best to resolve it for you.

Refunds:
Refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. Please email photos and your order number to marketing@teakauracing.com.
Custom items cannot be refunded unless defective.

Exchanges:
We don’t offer exchanges at this time. Please refer to the sizing charts available in each product description before purchasing.
If you receive a mislabelled item, contact marketing@teakauracing.com within one week of receiving it, including your order number and photos. We’ll organise a replacement or refund.
